  	Samuel Maurice "Maury" Rouse, age 69, of Morristown, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2005, at Lakeway Regional Hospital. He was a member of Witt Baptist Church. He was a retired truck driver from Appalachian Oil Company with 32 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Hattie Johnson Rouse; brother, Neil Rouse; and nieces, Kim and Kathy Thompson. Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Peggy Rouse; children: Jimmy and wife, Sherry Hobby; Kathy Burnside; Jeff and wife, Nellie Holt; brothers, Clarence and wife, Tut Rouse, and Harold and wife, Sivey Rouse; sister, Mary Sam Rynak and husband, John; several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special nephews, Lynton Jr. and Randy Sawyer; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Oneita and Lynton Sawyer; and sister-in-law, Janice Smith. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, January 6, 2005, at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Mayes Mortuary with the Rev. Danny Georges officiating. Family and friends will meet for the entombment service on Friday, January 7, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Memories Mausoleum in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
